Active ThreadHello Support team, I was trying to pay my PG Admission fee (₹1,177.00) using my debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account, and I received an SMS from my bank. However, the admission portal page showed an error, and my payment status is still showing "Pending". Please assist. I have attached my bank transaction screenshot below.
Dear Aarav, thank you for raising the query. We have received your query regarding the double/pending deduction. Our gateway reports show that this transaction is currently in 'PENDING_RECONCILIATION' state. We have initiated a verify request with SBI. Please allow us 2-4 hours to reconcile with the bank servers. We will update you as soon as the status turns successful or if it gets reversed.
Checked SBI gateway reports. Status is 'A' (amount debited). Verified transaction ID JNU93859281. Reconciliation job will pull it automatically at 2:00 PM, changing status to Paid. Will close the ticket post receipt sync.
